ReBuild NC, North Carolina’s Community Development Block Grant — Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program, provides funding to applicants for housing repairs, homeowner reimbursement for work that homeowners have already completed on their own, and other .using-related issues due to damage from Hurricane Matthew.
