First Bank presents “Power of Good” Grant to ICO

Interfaith Community Outreach (ICO) is proud to announce that it has received a $2,500 grant from First Bank as part of their “Power of Good” initiative. The grant will support ICO’s Sound Minds program, a vital community partnership aimed at improving mental health and wellness.
First Bank’s “Power of Good” program is dedicated to supporting organizations and initiatives that make a positive impact in their communities. The $2,500 grant is part of the bank’s ongoing commitment to social responsibility and community development.
The Sound Minds program is designed to offer accessible mental health resources, education, and support to individuals and families in the Outer Banks region.
“We are incredibly grateful to First Bank for their generous contribution,” said ICO Executive Director Jenniffer Albanese. “This grant will help us continue to expand and enhance the Sound Minds program, allowing us to reach even more individuals in need of mental health services and support. Together, with our community partners, we are making a significant impact on the well-being of our neighbors.”
