The 2nd annual Jim Tobin Memorial Dolphin Tournament will be held Saturday, June 21st at Pirate’s Cove Marina. This we be a charity tournament to benefit Interfaith Community Outreach’s Cancer Services and the Outer Banks Relief Foundation in memory of a great man and a friend to many.
